This is easy way to transfer funds simply using a mobile number Maybank2u.

Recipient will be able to receive the funds via:
Cardless ATM Withdrawal – withdraw cash at any Maybank ATM
Receive Mobile Transfer – deposit the funds directly to account using the mobile app
How To Transfer Money with  Maybank2u Mobile Transfer?

Steps to Send Cardless ATM Withdrawal

  • Login to Maybank2u on the mobile app.
  • Go to Mobile and select Cardless ATM Withdrawal.
  • Select an account to transfer from.
  • Select a recipient from your favourite/contact lists or enter mobile number and
  • recipient name.
  • Select an amount; RM 100, RM 200 or RM 300.
  • Confirm transfer details.
  • Request and enter TAC for new recipient.
  • Provide Withdrawal Code to recipient for collection.


Steps to Receive Cardless ATM Withdrawal

  • Request the Withdrawal Code from sender.
  • Go to any Maybank ATM and select Cardless Withdrawal service.
  • Enter Transaction ID sent via SMS and Withdrawal Code.
  • Collect your cash!

Steps to Transfer via Mobile Number

  • Login to Maybank2u on the mobile app.
  • Go to Mobile and select Transfer via Mobile Number.
  • Select an account to transfer from.
  • Select a recipient from your contact list or enter mobile number and recipient name.
  • Enter amount.
  • Enter Recipient Reference (defaulted) and Payment Details (optional).
  • Add up to 10 recipients by repeating steps 4 to 6.
  • Confirm transfer details.
  • Request and enter TAC.
  • Provide Collect Code to recipient for collection.

Steps to Receive Mobile Transfer

  • Pre-Login
  • First Time
  • Request the Collect Code from sender.
  • Go to Receive Mobile Transfer.
  • Enter Mobile Number and Collect Code.
  • Confirm Mobile Number.
  • Enter OTP.
  • Select Recipient Bank and enter Account Number.
  • Confirm collection details.
  • Done, funds deposited to your account!

Subsequent Time

  • Request the Collect Code from sender.
  • Go to Receive Mobile Transfer.
  • Enter Collect Code(s).
  • Select Recipient Bank (defaulted) and enter Account Number (defaulted).
  • Confirm collection details.
  • Done, fund(s) deposited to your account!

Post-Login

  • Request the Collect Code from sender.
  • Login to Maybank2u on the mobile app.
  • Go to Mobile and select Receive Mobile Transfer.
  • Enter Collect Code(s).
  • Select an account to transfer to.
  • Confirm collection details.
  • Done, fund(s) deposited to your account!


Steps to Change Mobile Number to Receive Mobile Transfer at Pre-Login

  • Request the Collect Code from sender.
  • Go to Receive Mobile Transfer > Help (top right corner) > Change Mobile Number.
  • Enter Mobile Number and Collect Code.
  • Confirm Mobile Number.
  • Enter OTP.
  • Select Recipient Bank and enter Account Number.
  • Confirm collection details.
  • Done, funds deposited to your account!
